Joseph Aranda

Joseph is a Junior at CSUF and is majoring in real estate finance. He is incredibly ambitious and competitive, always trying to find ways to improve himself. He currently works as an industrial real estate broker selling large warehouses and land to institutional clients. He also is a board member of SoCal CCIM where he holds the position of student outreach chair. Joseph is an avid car enthusiast, loves riding motorcycles, loves the beach, and is a competitive breakdancer. Some of his long term goals include starting his own commercial real estate investment/development company, creating his own supercar brand, and having a family.
