Ngoc Nguyen

Ngoc Nguyen is a Senior at CSUF majoring in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. She currently serves as a Director of Member Engagement for the CSUF Real Estate Association and the CREW Network Ambassador. Ngoc also serves as an Investment Analyst at Titan Capital Management overseeing the Fixed Income Portfolio. Outside of school she is also a part-time Property Management Administrator at Link Logistics supporting the LA county team overseeing Industrial properties. Ngoc aspire to continue with a career within the Commercial Real Estate Industry after she graduates. Her hobbies include going on a hike, travel, photography, and explore new food places.

CSUF Center for Real Estate and Real Estate Association (REA) would like to give a big shoutout to our member Ngoc Nguyen, a rising senior pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Ngoc is an active member of the REA and an upcoming CREW Network Ambassador for the REA leadership board. CREW Network is a non-profit organization and a united work of individuals advancing to grow women globally in the commercial real estate industry. The CSUF Real Estate Associate established a strong bond with the CREW Network members to expand our network with other professionals in the real estate industry and connect students with job opportunities. Ngoc was recently selected as a 2022 scholarship recipient for the local and a global scholarship from the CREW Network!

Out of 20 applicants for the CREW Orange County scholarship, Ngoc was selected and awarded $5,000.
Out of 300 applicants, Ngoc is one of the 30 selected recipients of the global CREW Network Foundation scholarship of another $5,000! She is the first CSUF student to get recognized for the CREW Network Foundation scholarships amongst students from prestigious institutions such as Harvard, Stanford, and UC Berkeley.

Ngoc discovered her Summer 2022 internship with Link Logistics as a Property Management Administrator Intern through the Real Estate Association Career Day back in April, 2022. She currently serves as an Investment Analyst for the CSUF Titan Capital Management program overseeing the Fixed Income portfolio.

Ngoc will be recognized and congratulated in Chicago, Illinois, during the CREW Network Convention on September 21-23, 2022. We are all proud of you, Ngoc!
